At DISTEVI Precision Machining we have the internal resources to manage machining and tooling projects independently—from initial technical concept through to final validation. Our structure is designed to deliver complete, adaptable, and fully traceable solutions.
Engineering & Technical Office
Our engineering team handles functional analysis, 3D CAD design, geometric optimization, and material selection in close collaboration with the client. We use advanced CAD/CAM tools to ensure accuracy from the design stageonward.
Management
We apply a structured methodology throughout every phase: planning, execution, validation, and delivery. This allows us to meet deadlines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain clear communication with our clients.
CNC Manufacturing
We have high-precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining operations. We can work with a wide variety of materials: treated steels, stainless steels, engineering aluminum, engineering plastics, and others. We also have a climate-controlled chamber for manufacturing high-precision parts.
Mechanical Assembly
We carry out the assembly, fitting, and functional testing of manufactured tooling, ensuring integration and correct operation before delivery. We also perform pre-assembly and validation processes according to client specifications.
Dimensional Control Laboratory
Our inspection area is equipped with high-precision instruments: micrometers, height gauges, comparators, gauge blocks, and digital measuring systems. We provide dimensional inspection reports and technical documentation upon request.
Additional Capabilities
Beyond our core processes, we work with a trusted network of certified technical partners for special processes such as heat treatments, coatings, and welding—always under our supervision and quality standards.
